How refilling works
Refilling is simple. Bring in a clean container, choose your product, fill it up, and pay for the size you need. Bottles, jars, jugs, spray bottles, and bags all work — or grab one from us if you're starting fresh.
Grab a container — or take one of ours
We keep a shelf of donated jars and bottles, free for anyone who needs one. Or bring your own: glass jars, pump bottles, laundry jugs, spray bottles, mason jars, cloth bags. Just make sure it's clean, dry, and safe for what you're filling.
Weigh or measure
Before you fill, we weigh your empty container so you only pay for the product inside — that empty weight is called the tare weight. Don't worry, we'll help you with it.
Fill your product
Choose your product, fill your container, and ask us anything. We love helping first-time refillers find their footing.
Pay & reuse
Use it at home, rinse the container when it's empty, and bring it back to refill again. Shopping online? Pick a filled size, order ahead, and we'll have it ready for pickup.
